Julie-Anne is available by appointment only and express appointments may be available.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Please contact reception to see if we can accomodate a time you need if it can't be found online or is outside of these times.

Pricing

Concession Rates:   

60 min Individual CBT or EMDR session $190

90 min Individual EMDR session $290

90 min Group CBT or EMDR Session (min 6 people) $69

Full Rate:

60 min Individual CBT or EMDR session $250

90 min Individual EMDR session $390

90 min Group CBT or EMDR Session (min 6 people) $89

*Medicare rebates may be available with a referral & MHCP from your GP ($145.25 on each of your 10 individual sessions and $50.25 on each of your 10 group sessions)

**Third party agencies are billed directly for the cost of your individual consultation.

NOTE: Cancellation fees up to the full cost of your consultation apply if less than 48 hours notice is given to any changes to your scheduled appointment or if you fail to attend. Medicare and other agencies do not cover cancellation fees. Contact us on 0435 441 359 about a confidential payment plan if your circumstances were unavoidable.

New Clients & Waiting List

We are taking new clients and do not have a long waiting list.  You can usually obtain an appointment within two week, however Friday and Saturday appointments book up quickly.

Referrals

We accept Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, TAC, NDIS and Victims of Crime referrals

Your medical centre can fax or email your documents to us directly (on details above) and we will contact you for an appointment

You do not need a referral if you are engaging our services as a private client and not planning to claim any rebates from Medicare or your private help fund.
