In a safe and confidential space, you can share your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels right for you. We will support you to make any positive changes you need, help you to achieve your goals, build resilience and get more out of your life.
So if you're ready to break free from the past and move away from any distressing memories, thoughts, feelings or behaviours, reach out today. We’re here to help you on your journey.
Telehealth Psychology
With telehealth, you can receive effective psychological treatment from anywhere in Australia! You can use your phone, tablet, laptop, or computer to connect with a clinical psychologist from the comfort of your home, or any other private space. Whether you’re travelling, in your pyjamas, juggling kids at home, recovering from an injury, taking your lunch break, or finding it hard to get off the couch - we’re here to make accessing support simple and flexible, wherever you are.
Our online group sessions are optional but offer an affordable way to continue therapy, practise the skills you've already learned, and remain supported throughout the year as you work towards your goals. We offer a range of group therapy options - some focus more on connection and sharing, while others allow you to work privately on your own concerns without needing to share with the group. We also offer groups just for young people.
